[飲食]是焦糖燉蛋還是芝士蛋糕?

好友跟我說大本型這邊開了一間叫做Spade by Lassana的甜品店,當然…愛甜的我就怎會錯過吃甜品的機會啦,來這邊看個究竟啦。一去到就見到這個Creme Brulee Chesse Cake的Promotion,看見這個介紹也蠻吸引的,是焦糖燉蛋還是芝士蛋糕?二話不說地…我..打開銀包了=3=

當然買了一個試試啦。這個Creme Brulee Chesse Cake,用上澳洲的焦糖跟芝士,面頭是脆脆的焦糖,中間的芝士蛋糕,口感很軟的,芝士味也蠻香濃的,有點點入口即溶的感覺,底層是帶點硬的餅底,但這個口感還不賴的丫。一吃就是半個,甜品當正餐也不為過啦~XD
